What you are ordering

The Signature Song costs ₹2,999. Optional 24-hour priority delivery adds ₹1,000, bringing the total to ₹3,999. The amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount, including applicable taxes. There is no subscription or physical shipment.

Your package includes a personal story brief or consultation, professionally written lyrics, two rounds of lyric revisions before approval, a finished 2–3-minute song, a private digital gift page and a short photo-and-song clip. You may provide up to five photos for the clip. If you provide none, we use a text-based presentation.

Delivery and your occasion date

Standard delivery is within seven calendar days after successful payment and receipt of your complete brief. Priority delivery is within 24 hours when an available priority slot is purchased. Time awaiting your lyric approval, requested clarification or missing materials is additional. Your private order page shows your progress and estimated delivery date.

For priority orders, please remain available to review your lyrics promptly. We will not approve lyrics on your behalf just to meet a deadline. If we miss a purchased priority deadline for reasons on our side, we refund the ₹1,000 priority fee. If we cannot fulfil the order, you may request cancellation and a refund of the undelivered service.

Lyric approval and revisions

Review names, pronunciation and memories before approving the lyrics. Two rounds of lyric changes are included before music production. If the lyrics still do not feel right after these rounds, you may cancel before approving production for a full refund. After approval, one music adjustment is included within the original brief. New stories, a new recipient or a substantially different musical direction may require a separate quote.

Corrections to factual or pronunciation errors introduced by our team are free. Contact us using your order reference; a preference change is different from correcting an error.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before lyric work begins for a full refund. The lyric-approval guarantee above also applies before music production. Once you approve the lyrics and music production begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable. This does not remove your ability to seek a remedy for non-delivery, duplicate charges or a service that does not match the agreed brief.

Send requests from your purchase email to contact@kyrosity.ai, with your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines the time until the credit appears.

Your story stays private

We collect your name, email, phone number, recipient details, memories, preferences and any files you supply to create and deliver your order. Authorised team members and service providers involved in fulfilment may process this information. We do not publish your story, photos, song or reaction as marketing material without separate permission.

Razorpay processes payments. We store order and payment references, not full card details. Hosting and storage providers process the data needed to run the service. Transactional communications relate to your order; purchase does not enrol you in marketing messages.

Private order links grant access to your brief and approval controls. Keep them confidential. Recipient gift links show the finished gift without your private brief or payment information. Anyone you share a link with can access its contents.

We retain information needed to fulfil orders, provide support and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Download and keep a copy of your finished files; indefinite hosting is not promised.

Photos, content and permitted use

Please submit only material you have permission to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information about other people. The finished gift is intended for personal sharing and personal celebrations. Commercial use, resale, exclusive rights or streaming distribution require a separate agreement. We do not promise a specific celebrity’s performance or voice.
